How do I receive my tickets?

Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event. Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.

Do children need a ticket?
