If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.

Do children need a ticket?

If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.

What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
