What happens if my event is canceled?
SuiteHop follows the same guidelines as the venues. If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the future date. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
What do I do if I can no longer attend the event?
All sales are final. If you are no longer able to attend your event, our experts can help you list your tickets on SuiteHop to resell.

Is catering included in a suite purchase?
Catering may not always be included with a suite purchase. While some suites may include catering packages, it is not a guaranteed inclusion. It's advisable to carefully review the listing notes to determine whether catering is part of the purchase price. If catering is not included and you would like to purchase catering for your suite, our experts will be able to assist you in placing your pre-order. We do not recommend ordering catering for shared suites as it is difficult to monitor who is eating your food. We suggest shared suite guests order from the day-of-event menu through the in-suite attendant.
How will I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic. You will need a smartphone to accept the electronic ticket transfer and use it to enter the venue. Once the seller has initiated the ticket transfer, we will notify you via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets. Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Generally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event. Please, do not worry, we guarantee your purchase and will ensure you have your tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
